Mail-in Scoring Service

The mail-in scoring service from Pearson provides reports to clinicians and organizations who do not require the immediate on-site scoring and reporting offered by the Q Local™ software or hand-scoring options.

As Easy as 1-2-3!

1. When placing your order, please request the appropriate mail-in report options for your selected tests—these mail-in reports include the corresponding answer sheets as well as the scoring service.
2. Mail the completed answer sheet to:

   along with:
   • a Scoring Service Form that indicates your scoring requirements as well as your return address (we cannot accept packages or envelopes without a return address and account number). Please include your phone number with your submittal.
     • This form will be supplied to you with your ordered materials. It can also be requested via Customer Service or downloaded from the following link:

   • your Mail-in Certificate (included in your mail-in report materials)
3. Answer sheets will be processed within 24–48 hours* of receipt and returned to you via regular mail. Please allow 7–14 business days for regular first class postal delivery from the date of receipt in our office. For faster delivery, you can choose from the following options on the scoring service form: courier overnight delivery, return by email, or return by fax.

* Pearson Canada Assessment will be closed on the dates indicated in the following table, Statutory And Company Holiday Schedule For 2012.

Pricing

The costs of scoring, reporting, and delivery by regular first class mail are included in the price of the pre-paid test answer sheets (please refer to the individual product pricing tables). Transcription fees may apply for non-scannable test forms.

Expedited Delivery Options

Pearson scores completed answer sheets the same day they are received (if received by 12pm/noon) and returns the results to you via an overnight delivery service. Limit of 5 tests per order. Customers must prepay the shipping and handling fee for expedited requests. Fees may be paid by cheque, credit card, or a hard-copy purchase order from your organization. Please add the charges in the table to your request for expedited delivery.
