Many of you responded to our customer survey last spring and reinforced the fact that our catalogue is an important resource for you in your practice, and more importantly, that the tools contained within this catalogue are of the highest quality and value to you.

You also had very positive things to say about our customer service and business operations, and were appreciative of our assessment consulting services as well. We greatly value your feedback and your willingness to share your thoughts with us, both positive and occasionally constructive. Thank you very much.

As always, there are a number of new tools and resources available from Pearson this year. Please take note of the new product listings at the front of this catalogue for our exciting new developments in assessment and interventionmaterials. We are proud to lead the way in publishing innovative and ground-breaking resources. One of them is Cogmed™, an exciting new intervention program to increase working memory capacity to benefit children and adults. A second one is AIMSweb®, our web-based assessment and progress monitoring tool for schools to help address academic as well as behavioural risks and problems in students.
